1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are direct factory.

2: Can I place mix order?

A: Yes, you can mix colour and style. 

3.Can i get discounts ?

A:Yes, for loyal customers, frequent customers or bulk orders, we will give reasonable discounts.

4. How long is your delivery time?

A: 7-10 days for sample order, and 10-30 days for regular order depends on order quantity.

5. Do you provide samples? Is it free or having extra fee?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample but you should pay the charge include sample fee and shipping fee.

6. What is your terms of payment?

A:  we will start production after 1/3 deposit received, and when order completed, 2/3 balance will be required before shipment.

7. Can I add my logo on the products?

A: Yes, our factory has laser machine, we can laser your logo on the products free. 

8. How to place an order? 

A: Please send purchase order via email, trademanager or Skype, then we will send proforma invoice for confirmation.
